 Description of Services

Rehearsal & Ceremony Director

This services is for the couple who has their event completely planned and just needs help with the coordination of the wedding party for the actual ceremony and includes a wedding director for the rehearsal and ceremony only. Services include: a consultation meeting regarding the actual ceremony plans, a 1 1/2 hour rehearsal, arrival 1 hour prior to ceremony and concludes at the end of the ceremony.

DAY OF COORDINATION

This service is typically for the bride who is planning the wedding herself but just needs guidance and relief on the day of the wedding. The service includes: consultation meeting, vendor referrals, resource information, limited help with event design and suggestions, unlimited support and advise, rehearsal director for 1 1/2 hours, event coordinator on site up to six hours (typically 2 hours prior, and 4 hours during event) who will act as event manager. These services include acting as personal assistant to the wedding party, directing the ceremony as well as management of all event vendors, overseeing set up and breakdown, and management of general flow of the event.

FULL SERVICE PLANNING

This service is typically for the bride who just simply doesn't know where to begin. This includes all of the services as the Day of Coordinator as well as full event design, budget planning, acquiring venues, and all vendors needed for the event. From the "Save-the-Dates" to "Best Wishes" for the honeymoon.......we will handle everything it takes to make the event happen, taking all the stress off the bride and groom!
